I can condense my weapon price notes down from what I have in the file.
Enchanted weapon sell prices follow a formula: price for normal weapon + total sum for enchantments.

L1 ... = +1200
L2 ... = +3600
L3 ... = +7200
Resist .../VS .../Detect Monsters = +12000
Heal/Restore Mana = +24000

Any combination of the above values is equal to the sum total of each value that is a part of the combination
